    Vendor Type

    1. I request authorization to be a VENDOR at the above festival date.
    2. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (Weather is beyond our control, the festival may proceed during inclement weather and the Committee reserves the right to designate a rain date as late as the morning of the Festival.)
    3. Vendor locations will be designated by the Committee. Each location will be 10’ frontage & 10’ depth.
    4. It is agreed and understood by Vendor that receipt of this document becomes a contract between the Vendor and The Burlington County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
    5. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or distributed as per State Law. Vendors, who disregard this will be closed. All Vendors, including food Vendors, shall comply with any and all state and local laws, rules and regulations.
    6. Vendors will provide their own: Tents, tables and chairs. No electricity will be provided to vendors.
    7. Vendors will be directed to their designated locations and will place goods within designated location. Vendors will accept locations as assigned and will only use display racks for self-supporting boards or structures that fit in their assigned area. No merchandise will be placed in the aisles.
    8. Displays are to be arranged so as not to block adjoining booths and pathways.
    9. The Burlington County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee reserves the right, to refuse or remove any Vendor which it deems, at its sole discretion, to detract from the desired image, theme and/or dignity of the festival or to be causing disruption or interference of any kind during the festival.
    10. Vendors assume any and all responsibility/liability for the safety of their employees, invitees, merchandise and displays against any loss or damage including but not limited to fire, theft, accident and/or act of nature. Each vendor must provide a representative to be always on hand for the sale of their merchandise.
    11. Each Vendor hereby expressly agrees to indemnify and holds harmless The Burlington County St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee and its representatives from and against any and all suits, damages, or losses to persons or property occasioned by any act, omission, neglect or wrongdoing by the Vendor its employees, agents or invitees.
    12. Vendor set up is prior to 10 A.M.
    13. Trash Removal, all vendors must bring all trash at the end of the day to the proper trash receptacles.
